You can then easily shift your entire focus of identity away from being a separate individual, who feels unsafe, alone, and traumatised by being here, to an alignment with the wholeness that you actually are. You recognise others as also being this exact same wholeness, dancing as their unique form. This is what is meant by embodying unity. You feel in your body, that your true nature is in fact unity, you know yourself on a cellular level as being in union with all.
This knowing shifts your entire take on life. You no longer need to hide aspects of yourself, for fear that they are in some way unacceptable to others. You realise that in offering your whole, authentic self, and living from your own direct truth, you are freeing others to do exactly the same. You no longer feel inadequate compared to others. Rather, you look around you and celebrate with great joy the myriad expressions of unity (YOUnity) that are dancing in form. From this field of directly experienced unity, all things become possible. We no longer rely on memory, strategy, brainstorming and rehashing of old ideas to face life and its challenges. Instead we have access to the entire pool of knowing that makes up the universe, and we draw to us the creative solutions, relationships, connections and lightbulb moments that allow us to move forward with joy, ease and grace.
The impact of embodying our true nature, our unity, on how we relate to each other, and how we build community is profound. We are shifting, we are arriving, we are evolving, and the new earth is one in which we know ourselves as interconnected and held in a fluid relationship with all that is. Our ability to see each other with new eyes, and to create new, fresh solutions to issues that we are facing as a whole earth accelerates. In no longer hiding any pieces of ourselves, and in feeling ourselves integrated into wholeness, we are free to accept and love others in their unique expression, in their wholeness. Rather than being frustrated because others do not operate in the way we do, or the way we wish they would so we could get things done, we celebrate the myriad expressions of oneness that are presented to us and transform what we are doing so each expression can be honoured.
Doing, results, and outcomes become less important than honouring the moment, and the arising of love that is happening. Beautifully, through this very change, our ability to be effective heightens dramatically. We no longer feel we are on the verge of burnout because of the constant push to be effective, accepted and get results. In our authentic expression we realise what a crucial part of the whole we are, and if we modify or edit that in any way it is more damaging to the whole. Whereas in the past we felt we needed to hide certain aspects of ourselves (for a variety of reasons), now we open up completely with love to all the pieces of our being, and that very opening transforms everything.
